The latest DLC character for
Mortal Kombat, Rain, is now available, and the developers discuss his creation process and the return of some of his classic moves in this ViDoc
here or below.
If I do ever decide to by one of the DLC characters for the game, it would likely be Rain, though I wouldn't do so without a Deal of Week or some kind of sale.
