The next System Update for the Xbox 360, or the Xbox LIVE Update as they're now calling them, will go live this coming Tuesday, November 17th. The major additions that gamers can expect is the ability to use Facebook, Twitter, and the Zune Marketplace via their Xbox 360's.
Note that you need an Xbox LIVE Gold membership to use both Facebook and Twitter.
Personally, I'm not too excited for this update as I never use the existing Video Marketplace, and if I wanted to use Facebook or Twitter, I'd do so from my PC where they're a) fully featured and b) free.
I suppose good on Microsoft for adding additional Gold member content, but it does all seem rather weak to me.
