Dear Microsoft,
Please make me a Decepticon Xbox 360 like the one that was recently featured in Transformers.
An Xbox 360 that can transform into a robot and is pure evil will bring a whole new dimension to interactive entertainment, and certainly goes in line with your customer support policy.
If you do this for me, I will also promise to buy a copy of Windows Vista.
